Fast -- The real time capabilities of Shift4 are great and invaluable. I can sit at my desk, watch, and touch every credit card transaction within our entire store chain within seconds of the time of the credit card transaction.

Flexible -- Centralized control of our credit cards for the entire chain is a huge benefit. The stores are required to only take credit cards at transaction time and they did not have to get involved with the settlement process. We do that centrally.

Reliable -- Shift4's uptime has been fabulous; time is money. The system is very organized, user friendly, and maintains an incredible amount of data, which is right at my finger tips.

Secure -- With all the new security requirements by all the card companies, it is very assuring that Shift4 has taken the lead in credit card security and has been proactive in coming up with solutions such as Tokenization. All the Fraud Sentry security features and alerts are a tremendous asset and comfort for the merchant to know that all of our credit card transactions are protected and monitored continuously for fraudulent acts.
